Emerald BioStructures and its sister company Emerald Bio were acquired by Beryllium LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company in November, 2009. Beryllium LLC and the Emerald companies (Emerald BioStructures and Emerald Bio) are owned and financed by a group of strong investors, including: Arctaris, Eastern Growth Captial, Gemini Investors, and Kendall Square Partners.
