Next GPCR Structures in the Pipeline

Here's my list of structures that I'm looking forward to see:

Receptor Info Source
sphingosine-1- phosphate receptor In their November 23 2009 press release Receptos announced the structure determination of the S1P1 receptor: "The S1P1 program is supported by the company's recently determined and proprietary protein crystal structure of the S1P1 receptor."
human chemokine CXCR4 receptor The March 2010 invitation to the upcoming LCP Tools and Technologies Workshop had a note saying "... the recent structure determinations of the human chemokine CXCR4 and human dopamine D3 receptor structures…"
human Dopamine D3 receptor The March 2010 invitation to the upcoming LCP Tools and Technologies Workshop had a note saying "... the recent structure determinations of the human chemokine CXCR4 and human dopamine D3 receptor structures…"
human A2a adenosine receptor The Heptares poster shown at the April 2010 Keystone GPCR conference, talked about the structure of this receptor (and how it differs from the previously published one)

Exciting structures to come,
